The 15th annual film celebration will showcase two important independent films and offer a selection of short films.  In contrast to prior festivals, this year NIFF has decided to bring forth a few select titles and hopes to build a series of screenings for the public to enjoy. 

NIFF caters to filmgoers with an appetite for artistic adventure, intellectual discussion and originality.
